My disabled parents were unable to get delivery after they done there shopping because according to the useless manageress in eltham store they are not allowed to say they have no deliveries and they no longer put the signs up they also have a rude woman who came from the Woolwich store and they hang up if you try to ring the store

I was born in the late 80s ,from then till now ,why are Iceland still shut at 6pm, change this to at least 8pm ,how come all the other large grocery shops manage to open till 11pm and even 24 hours ,Iceland seem to be stuck in the 80s when it also closed at 6pm.....Please change this asap.I would of given 5 stars if you opened late,please.

Been working on the night shift here and it was a new and excellent experience, but unfortunately today is my last day to work here. A big thank you to Chris Yates, Judit, Ryan, Richard and Costel, you all have been amazing in managing your staff. Thanks to all my colleagues, we were a strong and cooperative team.

Been working on the night shift here for 7 months and I have to say I've never been happier. Big Thanks to Chris, Judit, Ryan ,Ritchie and Costel you have all been amazing In managing your staff. To all my colleagues from Home Europe and further afield I will miss you all. Best of luck to everyone in the future.
