They NEVER answer the phone. I collected a parcel yesterday only to find that some of the items were in a second package, which they never gave me. I had to make a return journey.

Forced me out because I had an assistance dog with me, told me it was disrespectful and that its unhygienic because theres food, my dog at the time was lying down between my feet, completely out of the way Even when I explained that hes an assistance dog and I need to have him with me I was still forced to leave
