Usually there is a decent selection of fresh meat and vegetables, plenty of choices for dinner if you can't be bothered to do a proper shop.
As is with the co-op, the prices are certainly not the cheapest but your paying for the convenience.
Staff are generally pleasant, polite and helpful.
