Since buying my anwyl home in Burscough, Lancs Lyndale Road I have and still awaiting for a replacement tap since Aug 2022,(apparently on order since Aug) patio door re-adjust since Aug 2022, patio door hinge cover since Aug 2022. Had my Newell post re sanded due to build damage in Nov 2022, still waiting for it to be repainted. Damaged and poor tiling still not sorted Now found kitchen cupboards screws not put in properly so have cracked the outersurface of the unit. Showerbase the mortar base has disintegrated so shower base now like a trampoline. WOULD I BUY FROM ANWYL AGAIN, DO YOU GET SERVICE FROM ANWYL, DO YOU GET REPLIES FROM ANWYL NO

I brought one of there older houses a couple of years ago. Found out they made them and wow their building quality is rubbish! Wiring everywhere and if you're an electrician you'd be shocked! You can hear next door going to the toilet, having a shower and walking up and down the stairs. It's like you're living in a poorly built hotel.

I advise anyone wanting to purchase a property with Anwyl Homes to stay WAY clear, especially at the Llay site within Wrexham! We are currently in the process of purchasing and have been promised things that they have been unable to follow through with and Head Office along with the site are now attempting to make out that we are lying about this particular promise. Unfortunately now, we are left to pick up the pieces which will be at an extra cost to ourselves as they are unwilling to take any responsibility of their actions. Absolutely horrendous company, lets hope we dont have a million others things wrong when we do eventually move in!
