If your buying the recycled carpet fibre keep in mind this gets delivered on 44 t artic lorry , its huge
They will charge you if they cant deliver !!! Look at their t&c before buying .Make sure they can get through lanes and on your yard . Otherwise your charged per pallet .
Plus then when delivered you need a proper fork lift to unload ( they dont tell you this )
And you need huge yard as access is needed both sides of lorry .Its on a curtain sided lorry not on tail lift lorry as shown on their website .
Also take note they will give you 1.5 hr to unload
( again they dont tell you this when paying or even when delivery arranged , and not stated on website ) oh and if you dont unload within that time , they will try and charge you !! Say try as I had email out of the blue with extra 126 charge for taking 4 hrs to unload 26 tonnes off carpet fibre on pallets , I refused and pointed out this hasnt been stated at any time ,
And believe me we didnt take our time.
So ask every question you can think off .

What time frame is given to unload ? ( 1.5 hrs is ridiculous )
I Like the fibre , apart from horrific smell off ammonia , but horrified with their unprofessional customer service .
