Thank you gemini blinds who came out today to my son's flat and sorted out his blinds even though the blinds weren't bought from them. The blinds are only three months old from premier blinds and my son has had nothing but trouble with the strings snapping on them. Premier blinds were not willing to help. Thank you very much gemini blinds highly recommended

Highly recommend this company, always prepared to go the extra mile to get things exactly right for you. Friendly, professional staff; polite and respectful and do a great job. Really pleased with everything they've done for us and felt very comfortable with the young man who came to do the work.

Lvly lad called Dec came and measured , very pleasant ,he wore a mask which was good and had sanitizer for us both to use ,hence we have placed the order ,(hope I got his name right ,) thanks

I would never use this company again, I waited weeks for blinds that I had to chase and chase to the point they got a drop too short so I was without a blind in my bay window, I again had to wait weeks and weeks for the correct one to be fitted and it's still not right (they've now made it too long)and it is yet to be dealt with. The communication is very poor and I feel totally let down. I'd stay clear for the money you spend if I was you. I know after my experience my mum is going elsewhere for hers now and I wont be returning or recommending to anyone.

We had an awning fitted in June 2019. Last Monday 17th August we were sitting out and heard a creaking noise and then it started coming away from the wall, fortunately we were able to get from under it and stop it before it came completely off the wall. The installers arrived late on Tuesday, I couldnt believe what they originally used to fix it to the wall. It has now been reinstalled. We have requested that the manager contact us but to no success. I think perhaps they are not interested. The outcome could have been very serious. Perhaps if they see this post they might speak to us.
