        Lloyd's, like every business,suffered during the first part of the pandemic but fair play to the Shotton branch, they kept everything and everyone safe and things running as smoothly as possible. While other banks and building societies were making their customers stand outside and wait, Lloyd's kept things moving and actually said "sorry to keep you waiting". Mr Williams (Carl) was the Bank Manager but has retired now. Friendly and helpful staff and you're not kept waiting. There's a deposit machine for those who are in a hurry. Easy to use and staff are on hand to help.
