        Ordered logs last year, called several times and was just fobbed off. They arrived several weeks late in the end but bag was full of bits. Won't be ordering again.

        Terrible service, ordered 3 ton was told on the day of delivery only 1 ton was available and remaining 2 ton would be early January, dealt with 2 different staff members now and both just stopped communication, seems like a complete rip off to be honest, communication is literally none existent. Dont waste your money

        Super service! I ordered a bulk bag of hard wood logs online one evening and it was delivered by 1pm the following day. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Very impressed. If the logs burn as well as the service, Ill be more than happy.
