        I recently bought an E-bike from Electric Bike Supermarket. The customer service is five stars. Paul delivered the bike and spent time running through the bike, how to work the electric motor functions and charge the bike as well as offering tips on maintaining the bike. The bike is of great quality and delivered with care. I definitely recommend Electric Bike Supermarket if you are looking to buy an E-bike.

        The level of service received from Paul from start to finish was first class. Nothing was too much trouble which put my mind at ease when purchasing my first ebike. Paul took plenty of time on the handover to explain how to use all of the features etc on the bike. Highly recommend purchasing your e bike from this company, by far the easiest experience of purchasing a bike Ive had recently. Very friendly and very helpful.

        I am an experienced cyclist and e biker for many years however I have recently been diagnosed with an arthritic hip and find it difficult to get my leg over the saddle when mounting and dismounting my existing bikes. On spec I was driving past the Electric Bike Supermarket and popped in just to see what they had in stock that might suit me. I met Paul the owner who was just about to go out on a delivery, but dropped what he was doing to attend to me. He explained his existing stock and let me try some for size. ( nothing was too much trouble). After spending half an hour with me and showing me around I was amazed to discover that he was about to leave to deliver a bike to Bristol, some 150 miles away as he explained that he liked to give his customers a comprehensive briefing on their new bikes .What can I say? Excellent old fashioned service, which in this day is a rare commodity, I left without purchasing anything, but when next I decide to purchase a new bike Electric Bike Supermarket, will be my first destination. But next time I will make an appointment.
