Whilst the actual medical professionals here are all very friendly, and care a lot for your pets - unfortunately the same friendly attitude isnt shared to reception. I sadly left the practice after several remarks and comments made about my dogs behaviour (hes an adolescent golden retriever). The receptionist made me feel so awful, I ended up crying to one of their vets who knew exactly who I was talking about before names were mentioned - not something Im happy to put up with when Im paying for a service. I cannot fault the care given by the vets/vet nurses however sadly I wont be back - you shouldnt be made to feel small and reduced to tears over your teenage dog being exactly that.
