Tangled Tails Dog Groomer

My 16 year old Springer spaniel had not had a clip for a while after we had moved. I am so glad we booked with Tangled tails they were kind and helpful. Coco looked amazing after her clip and the price was fantastic. I cannot recommend their service highly enough I for one will be a regular customer.

It was Iolo's 1st time at a dog groomers, we were very specific in what we wanted. Helen seemed to know exactly what we wanted. We were so pleased with the result and will definitely go back again as he looked exactly like we expected.

Tangled Tails Dog Groomer - Need to remember one important thing. You are looking after someone's precious pet for a short period of time & first impressions go a very long way! Rude Manager, zero people skills or professionalism & to top that off our puppy has been cut like he's had an operation in the vets. Manager did explain on pick up, whilst shoveling back a packet of crisps, that he was knotted so the cut had to be shorter than requested. However, he's actually been shaved across his belly to the skin. Even when he has been knotted in the past our regular groomer has never done this to him I couldn't even tell you any staff/Managers names because neither the Manager or member of staff introduced themselves. It felt more about getting the quantity of dogs cut than the care and loving service it should be providing for people's beloved animals. A "Good morning" or Good afternoon" would go along way and introducing who you are. Basic etiquette 101
