Placed an order this evening, encountered a slight issue on delivery but this was rectified within 20 mins with lovely driver and a bonus dounut.

Last time I will order from here! Ordered ice cream tonight as a treat for my children took over an hour to be delivered and when it did eventually come it was like cold soup! Nothing was edible and was completely melted phoned up to explain how the order turned up to be greeted what can only be described as disgusting customer service from a staff member. They did redeliver a new set of sundaes and ice cream only at my request which took a further 30 minutes to turn up and they also requested the old ice cream back as they did not believe us in the fact that they were melted and not edible. The shocking customer service continued when they turned up to my door with the replacements. I have never experienced service like it and I am shocked that they get customers who actually return. We will never ever order again and advise anyone who thinks about placing an order to strongly rethink!!
