Two failed appointments. No returned phone calls. Had the cheek to claim they attempted to call to rearrange survey. I have BT call minder and caller display. No record of attempted call. Blatant lies. If you don't want the work, you only have to say. I'll look elsewhere. 100% unreliable

I arranged a site meeting where several jobs were discussed. Two guys met me on site. Spent appx 1 hour and then agreed I would receive my quote within 10 days. I did not and despite several e mail follow ups and never received a response. What a waste of mine and theirs. Stupid and totally pointless meeting. Why are so many builders etc just useless at being professional in this modern age.

Contacted this company for some advice on damp in my property. The lady I spoke with in the office was very helpful and informative and arranged for a Surveyor to call and have a look. He was on time arriving and went through everything in great depth. I then received (as promised) a written damp survey along with recommendations and a quote for the works. They were able to carry out the works in a timely manner with no issues at all. They kept me informed of what work they were doing and explained each step. I would 100% recommend this company to carry out any kind of works needed within the home.
