I had a parcel due to be delivered to the store via Royal Mail and they refused it. Completely disappointed in my local shop that Ive been going to for over 10 years!! The parcel has now been sent back to the supplier and cant be resent, this has ruined my christmas.

A small store with limited stock compared to a supermarket. Fair pricing, mostly in line with or only a couple of pence more than a full sized supermarket, the nearest being more than 3 miles away. The alternative in the village is no cheaper, with inferior products. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It is a local shop in Brynna. There is no consistency in the products you can buy as one week they have certain items in stock then the next week they do not. There ordering system appears to be totally random and it is pot luck if they have many basic items in stock from one day to the next. Very frustrating. There prices are expensive in comparison to the supermarkets and not by a few pence with many items double the price. If you're desperate you would be better off walking 2 minutes further up the road to the Top Shop whose prices are cheaper and will save you a lot of money and there is a much wider choice the nearest supermarket is about 2 miles away.
