        I was moved to this surgery. I had changed address. I have been ill recently. I was treated quickly. The doctors and receptionist very lovely to me .I would like to say a very big thank you .recovering well

        My parents have been told by this place they HAVE to book a flu jab online , and cannot make an appointment face to face or over the phone . Can they now explain how to do this as there doesn't appear to be any website? Also they Re in their 70s and do not own a computer and not tech savvy ! Not dealt personally with them but reading reviews and by what my parents are saying this is not out of the ordinary! Disgusting lack of help and empathy

        Staff rude! What more can you say!? Attitude is terrible. Should send mystery shopper in there! If they dont want to be there then theres plenty other people who would love the job. Takes ages to get through on phone and hen when you do attitude on phone! Worse place Ive even known and then when you do speak to someone they make you feel bad for being ill! Disgusting!
