I have recently moved into the area. Ive found the receptionists very helpful and friendly, but my husbands repeat prescriptions keep getting lost and delayed. Cant rate Dr Hyatt highly enough, most caring doctor Ive ever met!

I had a routine appointment today with Dr Moller. I have a list of my symptoms which, when hearing them out loud caused me to become emotional. Dr Moller showed zero empathy, made no attempt to reassure or comfort me & just held her hand up & told me to stop as I had to many symptoms to discuss in a 10 minute appointment. Dr Moller told me to make an appointment for blood test & basically showed me the door. I left there feeling worse than when I walked in there.

Discussing Awful service by reception staff I rang Friday as I had a temperature of 39.5 a red rash all over my stomach & being sick constantly I hadnt kept food down all week & was on antibiotics for a ear infection from Monday. When I rang I told the boy I spoke to my symptoms & he said I cant give you an appointment but I will put you down for the doctor to call, I then had a call 10mins later off a woman not very nice who told me Im not putting you on the list as you have 2 days of antibiotics left if you feel ill ring 111 although I had informed them that my temperature was 39.5. What right & medical experience as this woman got to decide who sees a doctor ? I landed up going to out of hrs on the Saturday then being sent to the Grange my temperature was 40.8 I had liver distress I had to be put on 3 fluid drips 2 Anti sick drips I have a inflamed gallbladder & pneumonia & spent 2 days in hospital. All because of one persons decision RECEPTION STAFF SHOULD NOT BE MAKING THESE DECISIONS !!!!

Terrible service, had bloods done three times now and dont address the issue, lost the second bloods, and they wonder why people get frustrated, cess pit. Looking at moving
