Done my first spin class with Mel today! And can honestly say it was amazing! Absolutely enjoyed Mel was very professional and made you feel comfortable at the same time! Made you work hard, but f your not sweeting your not doing enough, I was soaked. Amazing job. I would say anyone that wants to give spin class ago and many other fitness classes that she does I would highly recommend you do so, she pushes you in all the right ways l, helps you achieve you goals, Ive been training with Mel for just under 3 years and it changed my life completely! Im happier, healthier, in the best shape Ive ever been in.
