The folks here are so loving and professional and dealt swiftly, precisely and caringly about a cat who I'd only recently taken in, an older cat who was very thin, lonely and unwell. He was only with me a few days before he passed very peacefully in his sleep during the early hours of the night. They came and collected him from my address and the whole process was absolutely wonderful, with a courtesy call to let me know that Thomas had been cremated privately and peacefully. I collected his ashes the next afternoon that was beautifully contained in a wooden urn with a personalised placard on it that you can customise should you so choose. When I arrived the staff were great, giving me some information about their history and the care that they give. If you are looking for a wonderfully maintained grounds to bury your loved pets, or simply want to cremate them and preserve their ashes in a beautiful urn, I would look no further than these fantastic folk based in Holywell, North Wales. Thank you for making this such a simple and respectful process. You have my utmost respect for the job you do and my great thanks.

I recently had my gorgeous little guinea pig Ostrich cared for and cremated here. The care, love and just overall experience was just amazing given the circumstances. I'm so sorry I can't remember the lovely lady's name who spoke to me and kept me up to date with the whole process. She made sure I had a little keepsake of ostrich fur in a keyring and his tiny little paw prints. My heart is just completely broken, but it's given me some peace knowing how well he was looked after here. Ill forever be grateful for your professional and just overall loving attitudes towards me and my son as I called him! Rest in piggy paradise my baby boy, forever loved, forever missed and forever in my heart
