We recently bought a new ID3 from VW Llandudno Junction, and we couldnt have had a better experience. It was a long wait, but well worth it. Lee Wade, the salesperson who dealt with us, was great. He is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and while on order Lee kept us fully updated on progress. When the car arrived on the transporter, Lee sent a video of the moment of its arrival, which was a really nice touch, and made us feel that he and the garage shared our sense of excitement at the prospect of finally getting into the driving seat. Lee explained clearly all the features of the car, and the controls, when we picked it up, and he obviously knows these cars inside out. We had a small problem with linking the cars computer system to the app, but this was sorted out quickly after a visit to the garage. All in all, we have had an excellent experience, buying from VW Llandudno Junction, and highly recommend this garage, and want to thank Lee for all his help and input.

Ben the salesperson was very knowledgeable of the cars he showed my wife and I, and particularly of the cars available through the Motability scheme . I was happy to start the procedure to arrange a purchase of a VW hopefully as soon as possible after the 3rd June 2023.
