RSPCA

I went here to pick up a voucher towards the speying of my dog. On the long bus journey home ,I actually lost the voucher! I immediately rang them,and told them what had happened, and their response was amazing to me. They offered to write another for me to pick up in a couple of days time. I can't praise the staff highly enough for helping me so promptly. Thank you so much everyone, you really saved my bacon today, and put my mind at ease.

The staff that work at this branch are amazing. It's always very busy and they are always rushed off their feet, but still do a good job! Thank you for all you've done for Lad and Narla over the past 12 months. We'd like to say a special thank you to the reception ladies (think their names are Nan and Jan?) And also Kelly. After finding a badly injured and distressed cat at on the pavement, I called the RSPCA in Llandudno Junction and Kelly drove over straightaway to assess the poor cat and take it back to the surgery. Unfortunately it had to be put to sleep but the immediate action and care by Kelly made sure it suffered as little as possible. Couldn't praise highly enough
