Outstanding service from this highly professional organization. A quick and thorough assessment of the paintwork that was required to rectify some minor accident damage was done within 10 minutes of my arrival by Steve Edge, senior assessor. He gave me a realistic timeline which the body shop was able to keep to. The front office was run by an exceptionally competent and courteous Assistant Body Shop Manager, Natasha Adam, who maintained contact with me throughout the repair process, facilitated the issue of the courtesy car with knowledge and competence, and concluded the whole process of hand-back and account settlement to my complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend this company enough!! From start to finish .. I was welcomed and updated several times throughout the whole repair job on my car, by the friendly and professional secretary there :) I didnt have to call or chase up once excellent communication from her!! Premier repaired the paintwork on our Ford Focus after the main dealer failed to repair it properly. Out of 4 companies in North Wales who gave us a quote, Premier were the cheapest and the quality of the work is fantastic. The customer service was excellent and I cant fault them in any way. Having looked at some of the negative reviews left on here it seems that Premier are getting the blame for issues out of their control which is a shame considering how bloody good they are.
