        Friendly staff, doing the best they can with little help from company management it seems. Was able to collect my parcel with ease

        Dreadful company, I think it's fairly obvious it's failing dramatically, i'v had a item sat in the depot they are not updating tracking information, there is no way to actually talk to someone to find out what's going on !! The best you can do is go on the web chat and all they do is check tracking that you could do yourself I'v had repeat problems with Yodel They don't seem to be answerable to anyone or actually care about actually providing an acceptable service
