We met Sian at her health and well-being practice based at her home in Deganwy.
We were welcomed with great warmth, kindness and understanding.
Sian explained the health, well being and diet programmes she has to offer and gave us an overview of the The Cambridge
1:1 Diet products.
We went on to talk to Sian individually about our goals - Sian listened and at the end we agreed a plan that was based on putting in place
new choices.
The lifestyle changes that Sian also recommended has enabled us all to lose weight, feel healthier, happier and even sleep quality has dramatically improved.
We would like to thank Sian for her magnificent approach and understanding of all our individual needs.
