        Unbelievable bad service on the last 3 times they have anything to do with my wife's mobility seat car.this time was a so called "sorry"for the poor service we encountered on our last two visits Which turn out to be the worse ever !

        I'm a mobility customer who had to wait over 20 months to get my car. My first car was ordered in September 2021. This was cancelled due to issues with production, so then i ordered a separate car, the seat ateca, which is amazing. This car was ready before Christmas(2022), but the dealership didn't update the mobility order, so the wrong adaptions were ordered for the wrong car. As well as this, when I picked up the car, it only had 0 mils of fuel in it, meaning I had to rush and hope I made it to a petrol station. This is outrageous. I was also promised a little something that would be waiting for me as a sorry from the dealership because the dealership has been the reason for delay and is at fault. Even motorbility have claimed this and said that they have handled the situation poorly. I Wouldn't recommend for motorbility users.
