Went into Skoda, Llandudno Junction on Wednesday morning and Ben and Nathan couldnt have been more helpful. Both very professional, friendly, courteous men. They explained everything fully and I cant wait for my new Phoenix Sunset orange Karoq to arrive

Last straw for Skoda in North Wales as I have been trying all morning to get a price to replace a siezed brake caliper for my old Skoda Superb which has reached its 100K mile anniversary. After the 4th attempt at getting through to anyone other than the "reservations police", despite chosing parts and service on separate occasions in the automated phone routing, I still get directed to someeone who would not give me a price and insisted the car would require "Investigation". After much too-ing and fro-ing, the person I was speaking to "was advised" that they can't give prices for parts and labour without an "investigation" and stated, "there is no budging on that". Well, if they cant give me a price and are going to charge me 100 per hour to tell me what I already know, they have lost my business for as long as the car lasts. So much for the service industry!! I have been very happy with the services of Reece and the team at North Wales Skoda - once I have got past the god-awful front line team that does not put the customer first and frankly sounds so disinterested in what the customer wants. If they want to, they can call me with a price but I suspect they won't.......
