Came all the way from Scotland to get a car from this dealership in North Wales, I Dealt with Carmen and Andy, outstanding customer service, felt like a valued customer, really friendly and helpful and was put right at ease as soon as I walked into the show room. Would definitely do the journey again to buy a car from here.

Experience over 3 years of New car ownership, reception staff lovely service consistently poor and does not standup to their claim of a 1st class experience.

Bought 2 brand new cars in the past. All Collected cars inside the showroom. Received flowers and photos with sales person in the past. With this BMW very disappointed with service. Paid 50k for a brand new X3, collected on a raining day, they left my brand new car outside the showroom under the rain. we have to stand in the rain, went through all details with the guy. Stepped in and out with all wet shoes. Messed brand new car for the first moment. Nothing else special from BMW, Ruined ceremony. Disappointed with after sales service. All brand new cars should be collected from showroom. This is part of service. Specially customers paid for an expensive car and collected on a raining day! Will never return By the way, first time we walked in the shop asked for test drive, sales guy found excuses wont let me try, because I am buying a petrol car not a diesel. The one in the shop is a diesel. And I said to him I didnt mind. Just wanna feel the size. He said he would find a petrol one and get back to me. In fact never heard from him again. I have to go back to shop and ask for test drive again.

my son purchased a vehicle from here towards the end of january which has been sold with lots of faults and he has now been quoted 1500 and also has a faulty exahust which took over a month to get booked and looked at which is also drinking lots of fuel
