Tim at 3PA was recommended to me by another Mercedes specialist that previously worked with him at the main dealer. My e250 had a complex gear selector problem which my local garage (usually very good) did not have the tools, software or expertise to repair. Tim quickly identified the problem and resolved it. When we arrived to collect it it developed an entirely separate suspension fault. Tim went above and beyond, trying to source parts and complete the job on a Saturday. He was ultimately let down by the parts supplier and, when were then stranded due to train strikes he then drove us all the way home (a 2.5hr round trip!). This sort of expertise and dedication to an all round service is sadly not something you find often. Although he's outside my usual area for car repairs I'll be using Tim exclusively for all future work on my Mercedes.
