Paul and his team are first rate. Nothing is too much trouble and I would highly recommend them to anybody thinking of new windows.

Did my windows and doors. The quality of the work was high. They altered the surround on the front door when it became clear there was a problem. Easy to deal with and very happy with the result. Fair price. Overall really good service and product.

Osprey windows are excellent to deal with, honest, upfront and very helpful. We had a full conservatory rebuild and at present all seems to be excellent . The only retrospective thought is that I did receive an invoice for the work carried out which had been paid within hours of the work being completed a few days before, I advised the office that all payments had been completed and paid in full, it would have been nice to have a thank you, business manners cost nothing. Also on the last day the owner Dave who is excellent to deal with had one of his associates assisting he looked miserable as sin, he also needs to learn some business manners and appreciate clients who pay within hours of work completed , learn to smile and appreciate is my message, all in all apart from these two instances I would highly recommend Osprey without hesitation.
