,as a customer walked out I entered and the member of staff waked into the back of the shop I thought they had gone to fetch something so I waited after about 5 minutes still no sign of them so I tapped on the counter and someone shouted will be there in a minute I said ok and waited after a while 2 People came out of the back and one said to the other God he is so rude I asked if she ment me and she said yes she knew I was there I pointed out that I had been patient and didn't realized she knew she then said she was tied and snappy .not the way to treat customer

I have been using this chemist for over 20 years, the staff are really helpful they go out of their way to help.

The team at this pharmacy are very much community driven. They always go that extra step to ensure their service is unrivalled. As with the surgery, they have shown great care to my parents and my family for many years. They should be commended for maintaining their exceptional standards throughout these difficult times.
