        Appointments always run late and there isn't a lot of seating for waiting customers.

        Nice clean bright premises. It has a number of disabled badge parking spaces right outside. Premises are on the ground floor with easy wheelchair access. Staff are polite and friendly.

        Awful stressful experience. Went for a routine eye test 10 days ago and the young lady operating the field test clearly did not have a full understanding of what she was doing. I had follow up appointment today and although some staff were rather rude on entering the store the field test was conducted properly and apparently now nothing wrong with my eyes. 10 days of stress and thinking my eyesight was going to find out actually nothing wrong
