        I visited the Broughton store with a friend who had an issue with his phone. We were helped by Kieran who was amazing. I can't speak highly enough of the service we received on the day and then later in the week when we still couldn't resolve the problem. Kieran spent a lot of time trying to help us and we can't thank him enough.

        Came in to cancel a SIM card for a stolen phone to be told I would have to contact customer services and they are only there to sell!!! Shocking after sales service not interested unless they are earning comission
