        Recently moved to a house which has heating oil. Worked fine and suddenly hot water stopped and boiler wouldnt fire up. Not knowing what to do or how to access boiler (outside boiler), I rang Liam and he went out of his way to help me. Sent him photos and he directed me, clearly and concisely despite being engaged on another job. Quick press of reset button as suffered a burner lockout and opening the tap and everything was fine. Cant thank him enough. Will definitely use him in the future
