Ford Transit Centre Bretton

Van booked in for first service at 12 months . All done as expected apart from an issue with the folding wing mirrors not working which they were told about when I booked the van in .when I picked the van up I was told they were going to order a new switch and be in touch to book the van in for repair . After numerous phone calls by me for an update its been ignored totally with no return calls . Personally I think that dealerships customer aftercare is a complete discrace, quite happy to take my 300-00 for the service but ignored the other issue . Is it because they would have had to do it under warranty, , Mmm I wonder
