Negatives: having to pay extra for a plastic bottle, not impressed as this pushes the price up quite a bit (50p for a bottle!!), every other raw milk farm includes bottles. We wanted to try this one as we were passing.
In the end we purchased only a single 2l bottle of milk where normally we'd buy 5+litres. Your greed on bottles lost you a bigger sale.
Ice cream containing Soya does not fill us with confidence on it being homemade, or you've used some kind of ice cream kit. We were looking forward to a good ice cream but disappointed due to allergies so did not purchase.
Overall: disappointed as this could have been a much better visit
