        Took lost dog there I found wandering on road little terrier dog, all it's fur was matted been really badly treated in a really bad way said I would pay to have him treated. But said they had to contact owner first the dog was in hell of a state.all we wanted was the health of dog fixing as it was clear that owner were neglecting the dog but wouldn't help . Shocking. Stay away

        Very satisfied with polite service from staff and friendly response from vets and reception. Although I find vet bills expensive they are always very welcoming and I'm very happy to take my pets there if I need to
