Lovely staff, supportive and keen to learn.
Home itself is very clean and well kept.
Lovely grounds and nice garden where service users can sit outside.
Bad points about this service provider,
Certain staff are dedicated to the job than others.
Lack of training and guidance from management.
The owners provide a residential service to vulnerable adults but however when doing so they are very controlling and they institutionalise certain service users. For example, only aloud one biscuit and no more or not allowing them to make their own choices.
Very poor communication as towards the running of the establishment and management not dealing with concerns in a professional manner and not following policies and procedures.
