Great railway, they have achieved so much since my last visit 10 years ago. However, as we hadn't pre booked tickets (+the booking fee) we were told the train we wanted to catch was fully booked, we waited over 2 hours for the train, only to find the one we wanted to catch in the first place, had in fact been half empty. So very frustrating ! May have just been a bad day.
