        I have bought many things from Mackenzie & George, all of which have been the most fantastic quality. Recently I needed a 21st Birthday gift and I needed it the next day! I ordered online and the personalised keyring was with me by lunchtime the following day! I know this may not always happen, as delivery services play a part as well, but the customer service from M & G is excellent. I highly recommend then for all their products and services.         I have 3 belts, 2 key rings, 1 fedora and a clutch bag from M&GAnd I will definitely buy more! They are my go-to brand for all things leather and countryside accessories. The quality of all their products is top notch along with beautiful packaging and presentation. Last year, I was worried about putting a new hole in one of my belts to make it smaller, so when I went to The Game Fair I found their stand and asked for their advice, they very quickly offered to send my belt back to the workshop to be shortened and my initials re-embossed, for free! I was so impressed by their offer and a few days later my belt had arrived like new! Thank you so much for your incredible customer service and I look forward to purchasing more.
