Shocking, called to book a taxi for Monday night at 10pm. I Was told that I didnt need to book as Monday was a quiet night and although there was only one driver on, it would be ok. He would be given the heads up.!! So Ive just called an hour before - as I need the taxi tonight. After being repeatedly told no need to book, I called as advised an hour before and then I was told sorry love, I cant do it Im On my own. I previously stressed that I was on my own with 2 small children. Now I have to walk 2 small children through the lanes in the dark. Very very disappointed. I was also told that the driver Would be given the heads up. Poor service

I have used Joness coastal taxis many times over 5 days as my car has broken down, they have given me a fantastic service and are always on time. They even put up with my two labs going in the boot. I cannot rate this company highly enough, they have gone out of their way to help me and have been very kind.
