Beach View Cottages

Hi Hilary & Martyn. Honeymoon October 2022. I cried happy tears on arrival, it was so thoughtful of you to arrange for the light to be left on for us, balloons on the door, decorations in the kitchen, and really kind gifts on the kitchen table. We absolutely love our "Love Spoon" and "Doodle framed picture "and we will treasure them always. Thank you We've had such a happy Honeymoon in Bay View, we both felt very sad to leave it this morning We are really going to miss getting up in the morning and seeing that beautiful view! We have really relaxed, walked on the beaches with Mandi, explored the coastal paths without doing too much, and laughed a lot together. It's been brilliant! Bay view has an intangible calmness about it, and we have truly been about to relax, it's been absolutely wonderful. The bed and pillows are lovely and we slept well, which is rare for us, as we both suffer from bad backs and stiff necks. Bay View has everything that we needed and more. It was lovely to be able to have the extra space to ourselves and the extra towels too! We will certainly be coming to stay at Bay View again and thank you both again, ever so much. Just back from this beautiful place. Absolutely everything we needed for a lovely week. The weather (Nov) was good for us the sunsets from the balcony just stunning! The hot tub for the teenagers- the garden for the dog - perfect Can not recommend Bay View and the lucky owners enough!! So so cant week to go back!!

Amazing place - have visited every year for the last five years. Lovely accommodation, stunning sea views from the decking, beautiful beach on your doorstep, great coastal walks from your front door and thats before I even get to the hot tub.. we have already booked to come again next year! Hilary and Martyn are brilliant hosts who cant do enough to make your stay perfect. Highly, highly reccomended

A first class experience. We stayed in Beach Cottage which was immaculate. The cottage was finished to a really high standard. The roof velux windows in the bedroom all had integrated blinds. The en-suite shower room was clean and well thought out. The sea views from the Terrace, Lounge and Bedroom were wonderful. The large sandy beach is only 3 minutes walk away, and the shop, pub and restaurants are only 5 minutes walk. The accommodation had games, books, binoculars and many guides and laminated maps for nearby coastal walks. Communication with the owners was really fast, friendly and efficient. Highly Recommended.
