Purchased car suppose to be 1 year mot ....only 6 months had . , paid 4,200 garage absolute rip off ... my advice is go somewhere else

Very poor service, just like quite a few others on trust pilot. Not very helpful. Get fobbed off by staff telling you to email Justin. After receiving an aggressive email from Justin. Had to result in citizens advice, now been advised to take claim to small claims court. Do not recommend this garage. Further to add, I have now emailed the garage on 3 separate occasions, and now he has decided to ignore my mails. Great customer service.

Misleading!! Went to buy a VW Gulf plus and paid deposit over the phone after receiving reassurance it was in very good condition, after travelling from Bristol to pick the car up, so much wrong with the car, a worrying ticking sound when the engine was running which they didnt realise apparently and the rear pumper had a big knock with the paint cracked so we left it. We decided to go for another car with them as needed a car asap, a B class Merc. enquired again over the phone if it has FHS as advertised, which they said it did. Went down again to pick up and it appears, no service history for the past 3 years!! Thats for a 3rd of its life! Very misleading. Also I asked over the phone if there were any milestone services coming up, again wrong info given, transmission service is actually over due and were told none. Spent time and money twice to go there both times, left very disappointed because of misleading information and out of pocket with travel expenses from Bristol. Not even offered a lift back to the train station.

Fantastic experience of buying a car from Craig at SJB Car Sales. The whole team were lovely, friendly and very efficient. Great cars and great prices. Love our new car thank you guys!
