        Communication could have been better, asked a question and was told they would get back to me but had to keep chasing them. Taking delivery took longer than 5 days, then because it was bank holiday and their day off another salesperson dealt with the handover.

        Professional, friendly service all round, especially from Paul Dare. Talked us through options and specifications, etc. Great service Mr Dare and Toyota.

        Good service from everyone I dealt with in the sales department. I do feel that communication could be improved as I wasnt aware that I had a dedicated sales person until I rang the showroom to get an ETA for delivery of my car a week before it was due.

        Always been very pleased with the service and Sales at FRF. Not so pleased with the time we had to wait for our car. Obviously nothing to do with FRF Bridgend but now its arrived , looking forward to enjoying the new car .
