        Not helpful to members of the public, and the owner started cursing at us. Not professional at all.

        Went to buy a chain saw, receptionist tried a couple of branches to see if they had the one I wanted in stock, without any luck, gentleman came in and said he could order me one but no idea how long for delivery, up to 5 weeks possible, as not easy to get due to brexit etc etc. Bought one on line that night and delivered within 48 hours from another local supplier in the area. Still waiting for receptionist to call me with price and eta.
