        Don't turn up on time, then have the cheek to send a message saying it's busy in your area. Just say you haven't got a taxi and I will arrange other travel. Late for restaurant booking. Wouldnt use again.

        I phoned up for a taxi but they told me that they had no pet friendly cars. The company dragon has really gone down hill since the new people have taken over. I never had this problem in the past thumbs down
