        Andrew provided us with a very thorough report which was well explained and actually sought to get to the root of the problem, rather than just assuming rising damp and selling a hopeful / expensive solution. What we liked most of all though is that he has continued to provide helpful input even after producing his report. Value for money 5 stars.
