        I have been receiving sports massage treatments from Abi for the last 4 years both for general maintenance and in conjunction with some extreme endurance events. She is brilliant. She listens, asks good questions and works hard to find the route cause of any issues, not just a quick fix. I particularly like her use of myofascial release. I recently became a mum and so she is helping me get back to full strength post natal. Highly reccommended.
