        One of the men behind the counter just hates sending parcels and somehow over charges for items to be sent. I have stopped going and have started going to another post office. Also, the shop is never open the time it is meant to, so don't count on it being open if you need something to be posted.

        Absolutely horrific customer service. States open until 5:30pm on google, rushed there after work, made it there for 5:10 to be met by a man walking to the door and saying hurry up we are closing only to then mutter something in a different language under his breath and grab my parcel. Absolutely appalled. Would cut all ties with this place if I were Royal Mail. Personally wont be using this shop/post office again and its my local.
