Well Brackla - The Triangle

There is no customer service whatsoever in this pharmacy after using the repeat prescription service it is always me phoning to see if it's ready but can never get through on the phones and the prescription take a least 10 days to get dispensed.

Absolutely horrendous. Came to this pharmacy today with an emergency prescription for a 4 year old child. Arrived at 4, was told were too busy to do it now youll have a text when its ready Text received at 6:22pm. I arrived at 6:28pm. Doors were locked, woman behind the till looked at me, turned off the lights and walked out back. I knocked for 10 minutes and left, will be raising this further than just Google reviews.

The service provided by this pharmacy hasn't ever been great but it has now dropped to an unacceptable low. I can't understand why it offers a delivery option when it takes 10-11 days to receive one's medication ???? I needed mine urgently today so decided to collect my own script from my surgery and take it to the pharmacy. After queuing for several minutes I was one of many told that they were too busy to deal with any more prescriptions. I didn't have time to call anywhere else so spent another night without my medication and experiencing the resulting physical effects. Hard to believe that years ago pharmacists had to actually count and bottle the pills. Now it's too difficult a task for them to transfer a box of ready counted tabs into a paper bag !!!!. I'm collecting my own script and taking it elsewhere in future. This pharmacy is definitely not recommended by me.
