        Staff are pleasant but the opening hours are unsuitable for working people. They are only open during typical office hours so I have to take annual leave to pick up prescriptions. I would go at lunch time or after work but they are closed. I can't go on weekends as they are also closed.

        Fantastic service. Phoned to GP for a prescription. Was told to pick it up from surgery, but within 3hrs I had had it delivered by Broadlands Pharmacy. Saved me going out. Brilliant service
