        Opening times on the website 8am phone number goes through to a fax. Arrived at 8.20am. member of staff extremely unhelpful. stating we open at 9am and screaming "it's not our fault" instead of dismissing it do something proactive and report to someone within Lloyds who can rectify it so it doesn't happen to another customer. Unless you want a wasted journey with no help at the other end, please waste your time. Really poor customer service.

        This pharmacy when owned by Sainsburys was the best in the Bridgend area. Since Lloyds have taken over the operation of it, it continues to tofall at increasing speed to the absolute nadir of service. Hopefully Sainsburys will remove its franchise and return to running it in house. It has fast become a laughing stock
